Felix Gluer is a state-of-the-art XY Glue Plotter for precisely dispensing hot melt and cold adhesives. It is
used for CNC-controlled glue dispensing on flat parts. It is best suited for high-volume manufacturing of
POP/POS displays, corrugated boxes, custom packaging, foam inserts, floor displays, hang shells, and
rigid containers, among others. Glue is applied with high speed and precision. The plotter makes production
faster by eliminating the time waste typical of the manual application of glue.
Felix Gluer is designed for applications where the customer is looking to dramatically increase production quality and efficiency by replacing manual hand gluing with an automated system. It is available in various bed sizes and configurations. Bed sizes from 1040 mm x 1480 mm to 2500 mm x 3600 are available, and up to 4 beds are available. The axes' speed can go up to 2500mm/s. This machine is the perfect route to go automated and replace manual gluing. Using Photopath, it takes only a few minutes to set up the gluing for new pieces.
Felix Gluer comes with international-quality hot-melt and cold adhesive dispensing systems. Starting with Felix Gluer requires skilled workers with minimal training of 2-3 days. In addition, the product requires minimum maintenance if used in the appropriate conditions.
